Exchange and return policy

You can return or exchange your products with ease within 5 days from the date of receipt. All you have to do is follow the following:

1) Contact us via WhatsApp from the icon on the right at the bottom of the store and inform us of your request for replacement or return, mentioning the reason.

2) Our team will respond to you within a maximum period of 48 hours and coordinate with delivery partners to receive your order.

3) When the products arrive to us , they will be reviewed to document their compliance with exchange and return guidelines,

4) We will respond to you with approval or rejection along with the reason within a maximum period of 48 hours from the arrival of the products to us .

• If approved, our team will replace your products immediately and send them to you again, so that the replacement will be with another product or more of the same price or a higher price, and you will pay the difference, if any.

If the purpose is a return, the request to return the amount paid to you will be processed with the same payment method used, minus the shipping value, within 2 to 7 working days and in accordance with banking laws in the Kingdom.

• In the event of rejection, we will return your products to you along with a letter explaining the reason for the rejection

You can also easily exchange or return your purchases within 5 days from the date of receipt from any of our branches inside Riyadh.

Just visit us at any of our branches and our team will receive your request and verify its compliance with the exchange or return requirements. If your request is approved and accepted, it will be processed immediately with a replacement from the branch according to your choice, or a request to recover your amount will be processed according to the original payment method within 2 to 7 days. Work in accordance with the banking laws of the Kingdom

Terms of exchange and return:

• You must ensure that the product is in the same condition as received, in the original packaging with all its accessories and basic packaging, not used or its benefit has been obtained.
• Purchases can only be redeemed once per purchase
• The consumer does not have the right to exchange or return the product if the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, such as lenses. This excludes products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
• Any products purchased through installment companies are not permitted to be returned. If the product needs to be replaced, this can only be done at the same value as the original product or a higher value and the difference must be paid.
• If the products purchased at the time of the offer were buy one product and get the other for free, then upon exchange, the replaced product must be of the same value as the product to be exchanged or of a higher value, with the difference paid. If a return is desired, the entire products in the offer must be returned , not part of them. who are they
